• Will the Investor Service Fee apply to the investments that are made through MoolahSense’s Auto Allocation service?

  Yes. The Investor Servicing Fee will also apply to investments made through MoolahSense’s auto-allocation service in investment campaigns that are launched on and after 11 December 2017.

  When you log into your dashboard, you will be able to see a Summary of your Investments. You will be able to see the stage of your Investments, and also a breakdown of the money in your account: ​

• Will the Investor Service Fee apply to the investments that an investor had successfully made before MoolahSense implemented the fee?

  No. The Investor Servicing Fee will only apply to business loan investments successfully made by investors on and after 11 December 2017 on the platform.
