How do I withdraw monies from my MoolahSense account even though I did not complete the “Investor Profile Registration Form”?
In compliance with requirements from MAS, it is mandatory for you to complete the “Investor Profile Registration Form” and submitted the relevant documentation for verification purposes.
If you have topped up your account but your account has yet to be ‘qualified’, please ensure that you have submitted the following required document to us:
1) Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents - NRIC (back and front), Foreigners residing in Singapore - Passport
2) Foreigners residing in Singapore - Proof of Singapore residence (eg. employment pass, dependent’s pass, student pass)
3) Proof of address - Copy of utility/telecoms bill or correspondence from a Singapore bank/credit card company/insurance company clearly showing your name and Singapore residential address
4) A copy of your bank statement, clearly showing your name and bank account number that you have registered with.
Once we have the documents verified, your account will now be ‘qualified’ and you will be able to withdraw your monies.
