How do I fund my account?

STEP 1
You can use online banking (preferably FAST transfer or bank transfer) to fund your account. Cash and cheque payments are not accepted. A minimum funding of S$100 is required to make an offer.

Please fund your MoolahSense Account from the bank account which you have registered with.


Alternatively,  you may fund your MoolahSense Account with another bank account (registered to your name). Please note that we have to be able to view your name tagged to your funding source in order to credit your MoolahSense Account.



During the fund transfer process, please key-in your a) full name and  b) NRIC/FIN/Passport no. in the Comment/Remark/Message field.


This way, our system will be able to match your fund transfer to your MoolahSense account. An example of it as shown here:




STEP 2

Once you’ve transferred the fund to your MoolahSense account, please submit your record/screenshot of Funds Transfer via the dashboard directly in your Wallet:




Alternatively, you may also upload the successful fund transfer record/screenshot via a ticket.



Investor Fund Transfer Services


In order not to miss out on funding campaigns, please ensure that your MoolahSense account is sufficiently funded before the cut-off time to participate.


The cut-off time for ‘fund transfer in’ is 11.59pm (midnight) and shall be processed/credited by MoolahSense by 11.00am on the next business day.


All fund transfer requests on a weekend (Saturday/Sunday) or Public Holiday shall be processed on the next business day.


Important: All members’ funds are held in a segregated bank account of MoolahSense. The monies placed in MoolahSense Account are not, and shall not be, deposits as defined under the Banking Act (Cap 19) of Singapore.
